There was one. I lost it. I believe it all started with one of those new garlic cooking sauces in the cheese section...

Oh, really? A packaged sauce? Ok, I can wing it. I don't buy very many packaged products because it's cheaper to make my own...and healthier too but I can probably figure out what this was. Thanks.

Yes, packaged... Philadelphia cream cheese sauce, I think. I still have some learning to do, especially with sauces. Any tips?

Well, of course I have suggestions. From scratch sauces are generally easy, albeit a bit more time consuming, and healthier than packaged things with chemical additives. If I remember, I'll check the ingredients of that product on my next trip to my chain grocer and I'll try to get you a corresponding recipe that would be just as pleasing as the packaged stuff. Any good cook had an assortment of made from scratch sauces: red, white, green. And so should you.

Sassy, you are a very good cook from what I've seen. Cooking is also about continual learning. I study every day and still take cooking classes from cooks and chefs who know more than I do. That's part of the fun of cooking. There is always more to learn.
