More neighbor drama...

So the bald roommate is moving out.  He found himself a place down in Phx near his work.  Sounds like he will be living alone.  Congratulations, Mike...

The owner of the place, Doug and his woman, Bethany on the other hand...

Well, dear reader, as you remember they are months behind in all their bills.  Doug does not get a job and doesn't seem to want to, so the debt is just building.  But of course he has a bight idea of how to make it all better...

They are supposedly going to go rent a house and live there while they rent out the condo.  Um... yea right.

First of all, as alright the condo is, they ripped up the carpet!  The floor is tile in the kitchen and then drops down to a cement floor...  with the occasional carpet nails near the walls and obvious carpet glue here and there.  It's not finished at all.  And oh yea..  they were parking a motorbike on it for a while.

Secondly, how are they going to afford a house?  If they can't afford to pay the mortgate on this place (which I estimate to be $700 or less) how are they going to afford the rent on another place which would be the same?  Plus pay down the bills they already have?!  Especially with Mike's rent money not coming in.

The big idea is to rent out the current condo and that will pay their debt/rent.  But seriously?  It's not in the best condition as stated... and only one unit here pays over $725 for rent.  So really...  how does that work?

I dunno... maybe I'm drunk.  Maybe I'm confused.  Maybe my head just hurts from work...
